"Pathways to Success" is a program designed to meet the workplace and educational needs of Early Childhood Educational (ECE) Workers. The Program offers ESL Communication, Adult Basic Education, GED Prep, and College Readiness classes where all subject matter, materials, and lessons are contextualized. This will enable ECE workers to improve their skills in order to qualify for future requirements in the ECE field, receive a promotion in the field, or enter Post –Secondary Education and work toward an Associate's Degree in ECE.
