QCC at CitySquare: 100 Front Street, Worcester

To the Downtown Site: (with convenient parking)

From Rte. 290 in downtown Worcester take Exit 16. From the west, take a left onto East Central Street/MLK Blvd.; from the east, take a right onto East Central Street/MLK Blvd. Stay straight through first set of lights at Summer Street. Stay straight through second set of lights at Major Taylor Blvd. At third set of lights, turn left onto Commercial Street. Go straight through 1st set of lights, take immediate left into the parking garage (hourly rates apply).* Proceed to Level 5 and the footbridge to CitySquare takes you directly to our front door.

*This parking garage is referred to as the “yellow” garage. As you enter the garage you will notice the railings are all painted yellow. But this is deceiving because the large “P” sign outside is blue. There are 2 other garages located in succession down the street (Red/Blue). If you park in these other garages, you must exit to the street and walk around the block to enter (see walking directions).  You do receive $2 off parking in the Red/Blue garages if you are in class for longer than 3 hours.  Please see front desk with ticket for more information.

Hourly rates apply for all parking garages. If there is an event at the DCU Center, please go to the front desk before leaving and ask for a letter indicating that you attend QCC. The front desk administrator will provide the letter to you that you can show to the booth operator.

From Red/Blue Garage: Exit garage (you will be facing St. Vincent's Hospital) and turn left onto Foster St. Walk past the old entrance to the Galleria/Fashion Outlets (approx. 100yds) and enter the Yellow Garage. Walk through the Yellow Garage towards the courtyard (where Foothills Theater used to be). Walk across the courtyard and enter CitySquare through the double glass doors. Proceed up the escalator to the 2nd floor. QCC Training & Education Center is on your left.

From Worcester Common: Walk to courtyard entrance on Commercial Street (where Foothills Theater used to be), enter CitySquare though double glass doors. Proceed up escalator to 2nd floor. QCC Training & Education Center is on your left.

Alternative Parking Options:

Metered parking is available at the Worcester Public Library Main Branch on Salem Street (2 blocks south) or on the surrounding streets of downtown Worcester CitySquare (Commercial Street, Pearl Street, Foster Street, and Exchange Street.) There are also outside parking lots on Exchange Street for one-rate parking.

QCC Main Campus: 670 West Boylston Street, Worcester

To the Main Campus from the East

Massachusetts Turnpike to Rt. 495 North to Rt. 290 West to Rt. 190 North to Exit 1 West Boylston Street – North 1 mile to campus (on right).

To the Main Campus from the West

Massachusetts Turnpike to Rt. 290 East to Rt. 190 North ½ mile to Exit 1 West Boylston Street – North 1 mile to campus (on right).

Parking on the main campus: Students and Adjunct Instructors are restricted to parking in the upper lots across from the gym. Parking is free. Temporary parking permits may be picked up at the Public Safety Office.

Inclement Weather Policy: QCC Training & Education Center at CitySquare will follow the same cancellation policy as the QCC main campus.

QCC SOUTHBRIDGE Locations:

Southbridge High School, 25 Cole Avenue (approximately 30 minutes from Worcester)

From Worcester: 295 toward Auburn, exit 4 to route 20 west. Follow Rt. 20 past Charlton, take a left onto Rt. 169, bear right when entering town. Turn Right onto Rt. 131/ Main Street. Take 2nd left onto Goddard Street. Take 2nd right onto Dresser Street. Take 3rd left onto Cole Avenue.

Parking at Southbridge HS: Free for all students and Adjunct Instructors.

Southbridge Head Start, 114 Pleasant Street (approximately 30 minutes from Worcester)

From Worcester: 295 toward Auburn, exit 4 to route 20 west. Follow Rt. 20 past Charlton, take a left onto Rt. 169, bear right when entering town. Right onto Rt. 131/Main Street. Follow Route 131 for 0.8 miles, turn right onto Pleasant Street. Brick building on right side.

Parking at Southbridge Head Start: Free for all students and Adjunct Instructors.
