Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) is a natural healing method using life energy flow for relaxation, balance and well-being.You will learn the history of Reiki and receive four Reiki I attunements.You will learn standard hand positions to treat yourself and others and give and receive a Reiki treatment.Upon completion of the class, you will be able to practice Reiki on yourself and others.
